$500,000 – Chicago South Side Asthma Center
This matching grant award is to support the Chicago South Side Asthma Center for pediatrics. Four medical institutions serving residents on the south side of Chicago will collaborate to develop and launch a multidimensional Asthma Center to: 1) provide comprehensive asthma care management, education and outreach for children and their families/caregivers and; 2) standardize education and treatment among asthma care providers based on best practices and lessons learned from local and national asthma providers.
